Angle saw cutting process for steel profiles and components at PROLAMSA

State of-the-art equipment that allows to make high precision cuts at a very low cost. These machines can produce 90°, 60° and 45° cuts at very tight tolerances.

A miter saw is an automated tool that can make precise cuts to carbon steel profiles at special sizes and angles. The end products of this process are mostly used in industrial applications.

PROLAMSA’s miter saw equipments have the capacity of cutting carbon steel profiles at 90°, 60° and 45° with very small tolerances. The pieces cut in this process are very clean and with minimal burrs, thus minimizing manual rework.

Our state-of-the-art miter saw is capable of cutting carbon steel circular, square and rectangular profiles with diameters from 10 mm to 80 mm and with a maximum thickness of 15.88 mm.

The cuts that can be made through this value-added process, make our products adaptable to projects in any of the following markets:
