CNC CUT-TO-LENGTH

Automatic universal saw with cutting capacity for round, square and rectangular tubes. Cuts can be vertical and diagonal.

CNC cut-to-length is a computerized process used for cutting steel pipes to special lengths, and is typically used for industrial applications.

At PROLAMSA we have CNC cut-to-length equipment, with deburring technology which allows smooth cut edges free of microburrs, thus minimizing manual finishing work.

Our state-of-the-art CNC cut-to-length equipment has the capacity to cut round, square and rectangular carbon steel tubes with diameters from 10 mm to 80 mm (0.39″ to 3.15″) and with a maximum thickness of 15.88 mm (0.63″)

This value-added process makes our products suitable for projects in any of the following markets:
