Last January, Productos Laminados de Monterrey (PROLAMSA) was credited by the Mexican labor & welfare authorities as an Inclusive Company, and received the “Gilberto Rincón Gallardo” badge.
This badge recognizes companies that hire vulnerable segments of the society. It also ensures those companies offer equal job opportunities for minorities, people with special needs and other nondiscriminatory practices.
Companies such as PROLAMSA are noted by having high social responsibility and respect for human rights.
The “Gilberto Rincón Gallardo” badge has a duration of three years, during which PROLAMSA will be an active part of a special Labor Exchange Network, as well as receiving special assistance, counseling and training.
