LEADERSHIP
is the quality of being a leader and directing or guiding the team.
We will expect each employee to set an example for others; to recognize the achievements of fellow employees; to put the well-being of the group above his own; to work to overcome shortcomings; to communicate as effectively as possible and; to build consensus, rather than making unilateral decisions.
