The person of whom they spoke was Don Juan Montemayor Martínez, entrepreneur and founder of Productos Laminados de Monterrey, S. A. de C.V.

At 14 years old, he began to work as a helper in Domingo Brandi's tin shop.

"He was a very noble boss and fair when it came to pricing," Don Juan remembers, "The profits were always fair."
